What we do:

 We sell a wide variety of high quality items made for use in Pools, Spas, and Jetted Tubs.
We try to provide as much information as possible to help you choose the best suited new and replacement items needed. If you do not find what you are searching for, please contact us and we will do our best to locate the item.

Order Processing and Shipping:

All orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible; usually by the next business day.

Orders are shipped from either Memphis, TN, our East Coast Warehouse or  Phoenix, AZ, so delivery times are usually only a few days. We will ship from the closest warehouse to you that has the item in stock.

We will email an acknowledgement of your order and if the item is not in stock we will also be sure to give you the expected shipping date for the back ordered item.
We are normally able to ship about 90% of our orders immediately so back orders are not common.

We normally ship all orders via US Priority Mail, UPS and Federal Express ground.

For orders shipped within the continental United States:
Shipping and handling charges are $9.95.

If you are ordering a small item that can be shipped by First Class mail, email us and we can email you an invoice for the product with a reduced shipping cost.

For orders being shipped outside of the continental United States we will be glad to handle your order.

  All items should be inspected for any possible damage immediately upon receipt.
Shipping damage is not common but is always possible.   


 Returns of non-defective items will be accepted for up to 90 days from the date of shipment.
To return a non-defective item, please contact us first for an RMA number so that we may process the return as quickly as possible.

Returns of non-defective items will not be accepted after 90 days.
Returns should be unused and in the original packaging.
The return freight must be paid by the purchaser.

Once the returned non-defective item has been received, a full refund for the merchandise will be issued for items returned within 45 days of the original purchase date. Items accepted for return beyond 45 days will incur a 25% restocking fee.
The original shipping and handling charge will not be refunded for non-defective returned items.
We do not charge any re-stocking fee for returned items within 45 days. Beyond this time we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee to cover our higher related costs. You are responsible for any shipping charges to and from for non-defective items.

Any item returned without an RMA number will not be accepted nor will a refund be given.

Special Note: When returning an item, it is generally best to ship this via some type of trackable service such as UPS, FEDEX, or Certified mail. If you have any questions about our return policy or need to request an RMA number please contact us at the email below.   


 All of the items we sell are covered by manufacturers warranties which may vary by item and manufacturer. does not express or imply any warranty on any items sold, but will do everything possible to ensure that any manufacturers warranties are handled in a timely and efficient manner.   

Information & Privacy

We will never sell your information.  We only use your email to send you order information.  If you sign up as a subscriber, we do send emails with sales info and specials.
